Two days, start to finish

Everything happens at jüSTa Rasa except the Anand Karaj, which is at the Gurudwara in Rishikesh town; buses will take everyone there and back.

Day 1 · Saturday, October 24

Please skip multicolour floral prints: we're wearing those, and we'd like to keep that lane to ourselves.
Day 1 runs back to back from afternoon through dinner with no changing break. We're not changing either.

A shower of flower petals for the couple, with music, games, and a relaxed start to the weekend.

By the Heval river

A short and sweet ring exchange as the light turns gold over the water. Blink and you'll miss it, so don't wander far.

The games carry on over dinner. Eat well, play unfairly, and settle in. Day two starts early.

The drive into Rishikesh town takes about an hour. Please be in the lobby a few minutes early so everyone can leave together.

Gurudwara Shri Hemkunt Sahib, Chandreshwar Nagar, Rishikesh

The heart of everything: the Sikh wedding ceremony in the presence of Guru Granth Sahib Ji, with kirtan and the four Laavan.

Head covering is required for everyone: bring a scarf or chunni; spares will be available. Shoes come off at the entrance.

Dance performances, an open bar, and a dance floor that expects your participation. The celebration runs late. This is the party.
